Quests
There are many quests that one can do to avoid killing, here are a list of some as you insight up.
Any Circle
Mother's Love - In Mileth's Restaurant you can find a lady named Oona, she tells you about her love to her daughter, which either is Poisoned or has Nightmares. you will need to have a herbalist (or find someone with herbal lore) to make the right potion to cure her child. if you cure her child prizes are awarded from her gratitude. Personaca is used for Poison and Betony is used for Nightmares. (The quest also resides in Abel's restaurant and inn with Runa and Aud, Piet's restaurant with Alleen, Undine's restaurant with Demara, and Soumi's tavern with Vivika.)

Flamed Licked - When you are in Piet visit Saskia and she will tell you about her mother's burns, if you give her "Ancusa Ceir" or formally known as speckle wax she will reward you for your kindness

The sick child of Loures - Go to Loures and visit Paulin and he will tell you about the sick child that requires a flower to let her get a bit better. The Sevti flower (and 5,000 gold) will help cure the child's illness, it is found deep within the maze of Mehadi, the name when picked is "White Blossom". Paulin rewards you for your kindness.

150,000 experience (Note: the 150,000 experience only applies to those who picked the flowers themselves, you can have friends pick them for you but have the drop the flower on the ground instead of handing it to you, before you can get the experience for this you must do it yourself and pay the 5,000 gold when Paulin asks. You get the mark "Cured the sick child of Loures" once you have turned in five Sevti flowers.)
Vorlof - When you first become a new insight three aisling talk to Riona and she will send you on a "Training Quest", she tells you how to find Vorlof which is not hard at all, just down the path from the Inn.
When you go to Vorlof he will send you on your way to either choose killing a wolf or leading them away.
Either which you pick they both will come to the conclusion of going down to the crypt for some reason, if you pick killing a wolf he sends you down to kill a spider in the first floor of the crypt then kill a wolf in the wolf pen, if you pick leading the wolf away, it tells you to find a centipede gland and put it on the end of the fence.

3,000 experience and a Eppe (Note: if you dont have the money to buy a dirk or a shield pick "lead the wolf away" and say that you need money, for some reason if you pick "Kill the wolf" Vorlof says that you already have money. You get 1,500 gold)
Pick up sticks! - After you are finished with the training you go to the weapon smith Callough, ask him about sparing a stick (note: he will not offer to make you a stick if you have more then 1900 gold on you) and he tells you what he needs so he can make you a stick. Each stick that you find gives you 50 experience, after you get six branches go back to Callough and give him the branches.

1,250 experience, 1 wooden shield, 2 sticks, 1 oak stick (very rare, with the oak stick you get the legend mark of "Loved by Mileth Mundanes")
Learning from the Mundanes - Go up to each mundanes and learn something new from them. When you ask them about something or go on their little quests they will give you experience for being a patient aisling for them. Almost all the Mundanes will give you experience for listening to their lectures, some may not but dont be to down...at least you can learn new and exciting things.

Thibault - If you are a lady and wish to have a man's charm, Thibault is the one to see. Bring him a Good Stilla and he shall grant you his gratitude and become a happy knight.

Blanchefleur - This young maiden wishes to see only the gentlemen and requires a special gift to make her blush. Bring her a Flower (it can be found in the "Mother love" quest) to make her blush and she will reward you for your kindness.

Nodes - In the potion shop of Mileth Appie is in need of nodes for his research. He requires either a fior Creag, Sal, Srad, and Athar. If you give him what he requires he will thank you for your assistance in helping him with his research.
